Product Introduction

This gas cylinder cabinet is widely used in factories, laboratories, hospitals, schools, warehouses and enterprises. It safely stores inert gases including nitrogen, oxygen, helium and argon, as well as flammable‑explosive gases such as methane, carbon monoxide, propane, butane, acetylene and hydrogen.


Product Features

  1. Made of thickened high‑quality cold‑rolled steel plates. After pickling and phosphating treatment plus electrostatic epoxy‑powder spraying, the cabinet features acid‑alkali resistance, rust resistance and long‑lasting sturdiness.
  2. The high‑sensitivity combustible‑gas detector monitors internal gas concentration in real time. It responds fast to catch gas leakage promptly.
  3. The audible‑visual alarm will activate automatically during gas leakage to deliver obvious reminders for timely handling.
  4. The intelligent top‑mounted ventilation system starts upon alarm linkage. It dilutes and exhausts leaked gas quickly to cut down safety risks.
  5. Built‑in adjustable brackets and fastening chains fit gas cylinders of different sizes and prevent them from tipping over for safe storage.
  6. Equipped with loading‑unloading and adjustable foot pedals to place cylinders effortlessly and improve daily‑use convenience.
  7. All‑steel locks together with embedded handles ensure smooth door operation and prevent accidental collision to enhance overall cabinet safety.
  8. 304 stainless‑steel hinges are corrosion‑resistant with high load‑bearing capacity for smooth door movement and extended service life.
  9. Viewing windows on cabinet doors allow users to check cylinder conditions and meter readings without opening doors and improve daily inspection efficiency.
  10. Reserved vent connectors can connect to external exhaust ducts to meet ventilation requirements for various sites.
  11. Epoxy‑resin coating resists acids and alkalis, adapting to complicated laboratory and industrial environments.
  12. The 2nd‑generation alarm system supports detection of multiple combustible gases covering methane, carbon monoxide, propane, butane, acetylene, ethanol and hydrogen for extensive application.
